This is an absolutely outstanding book! I highly recommend it to anyone struggling with torts and to anyone who would like to take a fun and engaging approach towards Tort law. The author also cracks some jokes along the way as you read and it's truly what got me through reading some hefty stuff sometimes! Reading isn't always fun in law school but this book certainly keeps you engaged with many examples and illustrations. The author definitely uses a more modern approach with newer cases so you won't feel like you're reading something written by our founding fathers.. 10/10 for this book!! :) P.S. there's also an online version of the book.. GET IT!
