Masala movie at its finest. Good for timepass. Its so disturbing to see Kgf template being used in all movies released in India. The way the south of tamilnadu is depicted in the climax makes me wonder. Its not mad max fury road. There is greenery in that place. Every thing very artificial and not moving the audience in any way. Heroine dies and I don’t feel anything. Hero gets stabbed and it doesn’t move me either. Poor writing and fast paced - tik tok style editing. What happened to our indian industry? Make meaningful films and not the same default template masala’s. Inspiration from batman, minnal murlali and what not. Another superhero movie goes down the drain.

Brilliant film making Mediocre screenplay Convincing casting Adrenaline boosting bgm’s Feast for the Vj fans Thats Leo in a Nut shell. Read further with caution! Spoilers ahead! What worked out and Why? Its the first half of the movie and the second half of the second half of the movie saving leo. Engaging screen play and characterisation in the first half. Slow burning first 30 mins of the film worked out well. The first scene in the movie inside Vj’s cafe slaps you in the face while you start to close your eyes. One brilliant moment of the movie is the total transformation of vijay in a span of seconds and the violence that follows. What did not work out and why? Mediocre story telling. This may not be something expected with lokesh. Usually for a screenplay to be engaging there should be a good character arc of the protagonist and antagonist. A convincing reason for a conflict between both sides or a convincing goal that drives the movie. However in Leo, there are too many climaxes. Yes you read it right. There is no clear idea where the movie goes. There are few convincing characters and a conflict in first 30 minutes. It seems like a Ratchasan kind of pyscho thriller in the beginning. But all the build up in the first 30 minutes concludes within the same time frame and a new story unfolds which seems to have a unconvincing link. The main antagonist is not clearly set. The goal of antagonist is not convincing. First 15 minutes - hyena scene is brilliant film making but not engaging as there are many logical loop holes. However this hyena concept unfolds with a moment of goosebumps in the second half. Overall leo is a one time watch movie with underlined violence highlighted with the colour red! If you are a fan of vijay you will love the way the director has used him. There is scope for more acting in this movie for Vijay . Vijay doing lip lock scenes, crying scenes are real rare materials. Luckily for the neutral fans Clićhe vijay is no more in this movie. The movie lands in the LCU successfully and may have a good run in the box office. Journey for the Drug free society unfolds with the voice of the man behind the famous one line - “Arambikalama?” Enjoy it in the theatres to honour the efforts of the team! The Gem of a Movie I missed to watch in the theatres! A Movie, everyone should watch! The Message at the end and the silence before the message speaks a thousand words! Sai pallavi carries the whole film in her shoulders! She does justice to the role! Twists in the plot and the dialogues are to the mark, nothing more, nothing less! Especially the dialogue when she addresses/ talks to the media/ press for the first time in the court is such a measured writing! Though it makes, some places unbearable, and too hurtful ( especially rape scenes). On the whole , A must watch! I scored 5 because messages like this needs to be told more in India.

After a Long time! A Feel Good Movie without any negativity ( No religion, No caste, No politics, no hatred) Just pure friendship, love and family! ❤️ Kavin’s acting and Aparna’s acting carries the film well! Can’t miss the guy playing close friend (chinese) after Mudhal nee mudivum nee he makes sure to steal hearts! Worth a Watch !

Its a New Age movie about Live-in and Immature relationships! The verdict is clear in the end frames of the movie ! _|_ Gvp portrays a loser guy character, while the female lead makes the audience feel for her! Its worth mentioning the entire crew who have acted so well. The message is very clear! If you don't have courage to take responsibilities, don't turn of the lights when you are with a women!

Do Good! Good will come back to you definitely! Thats the one line of the film! We all have a Hero in our life! And Thats none other than our Dads! But This modern technology age makes us look at our tech-foe parents ( in most cases ) as someone ignorant! This movie talks why its wrong, and tells us Why they are always our Heroes! A must watch to to get rid of #tags in a place called #̶h̶o̶m̶e̶ 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 .

The Movie is Worth watching for the Nostalgia experience it gives in the first 30 mins of the film. If you are a 90's kid, every small detail will kindle your childhood memories and give you a great time. Some good one liners by Yogi babu gives you laughs here and there. Apart from that, there are a lot of references from social media, youtube, present day politics, recent happenings and news. You may enjoy it if you're are up to date. There is nothing convincing in the story line as such. There is a lack of continuity and logic in many parts of the film. Overall its a film which is worth a watch. Even though the film is readily received by family audiences, many one line hidden meaning dialogues and some flesh-show in the movie makes the families turn their heads and ears away from the screen. If you don't really take these things into account , comali is definitely a fun ride to go with friends. ( Im not a professional reviewer and this is just a layman's p.o.v about the movie, watch the movie to decide it yourself )
