Movie is about following: The kid is psychotic and needs therapy and meds. The children services do not recognize needs soon enough. System fails the child.
Regarding acting: plot is lacking understanding of true trauma, producers got idea from people's magazines rather tham real life. Overall please delete this movie from existence. It is embarrassing and offensive to people actually going throught this experience in their life.
