I am just watching the segment about the PTSD vets. Something that helps, I believe, is physical activity!! It must be so hard and sometimes frustrating for families, who are dealing with them, not being able to get help for their relatives!!

After the occupation of the Capital, I was horrified at the desecration, and disrespect that was shown by the thugs!! When Jenna and Honda were talking about it, and Jenna was saying that she had said “goodbye” to her Grandfather in the Rotunda. She seemed as if she was very close to tears, as I was (a Canadian)! That space is sacred, and it was so sad the way those people treated it! Our thoughts and prayers are with you all!
