First - NCIS-NO should be on at 9PM EST right after NCIS. Never liked it when BULL came between the 2 shows and now BULL is on another night [ good idea] so make it happen. The 10pm slot is a bit late for midweek working people - whom I suspect are your primary viewers. Second - write out the "ghost" woman - creepy - does not add to the story. Work on some of your characters - too many great actors around to have to settle for less. Third - get your writers off vacation or get new writers. Recent episodes could not hold my attention. NCIS should do NCIS things! Revisit the story line from the beginning - repeat- repeat - repeat that kind of writing.
