I really liked the film. It showed what can happen to the vulnerable when there is a lack of funding in various programs. I am not saying that Fleck's behavior or actions are justifiable. But, I viewed this from a holistic viewpoint.
It was well done, I also liked that I recognized places in New York that I have visited.
