Unbelievable from the beginning - and by that, I mean the first 10 minutes, because that is all I wasted on it.
Who in their right mind would accept all those dictats from the owner?; how did the letting agent get paid for no lettings?; in a house run on electronic gadgets, why wouldn't the owner have installed spy cameras all over the place?; what business is it of his whether there is clutter all over the place if he isn't present?; if you don't need a key to get in, you could expect the landlord to walk in at any time.
You would have to be mad or desperate to put up with any of that.
And to be really pedantic, that house would never have got planning permission being so out of keeping with the rest of the street, and building control would never allow a set of stairs like that without a handrail.
The last two points are tongue in cheek, but the rest of it stands. Utter nonsense.
