So much potential. Unfortunately extensively anti-consumer. Lots of beautiful cosmetic packs (all very aggressively priced), incredibly poor server support, and are fixing game breaking bugs one year into release, days ahead of the next game being released. For a parent company responsible for one of the most financially successful games ever, this is completely unacceptable.
Cheating and failure to invest in combating it (lack of immediate profit being the motivator, they would rather ban players after letting them cheat a bit to keep them buying copies, as opposed to having actual anti-cheat) has ultimately hollowed this game out, despite its fantastic advancements in gameplay and crossplay.
