I'm a big fan of the games and the original DQV is one of my favorites. I absolutely loved everything about this adaptation! Excellent animation, music from the entire series, voice acting (if you're watching the Japanese dub. If you watch the English dub, then you don't have an opinion), and action. I was unsure of the ending at first, but quickly got the message and quite frankly brought me to tears. Watch this movie!
