This is a top of the line British mystery. Instantly hooks you with both the mystery (the death of a young boy in a fictional community on the Jurassic Coast of England) and the characters. Very good at exploring how a violent death ripples out and affects a whole community: sadness turns to paranoia which turns to anger, economic repercussions. The actors are all fantastic, but special nods to Olivia Colman and David Tennant.
