I was really excited to see this. I counted down the months and than days and when it got here within the first 10 min I saw the direction of the movie and was disappointed. It was like I was watching guardians of the galaxy in the sense of they where trying to make certain parts funny but instead of certain parts it was 90% of the movie and 95% of the characters trying to be comedians and not villain's. Which made the movie feel like a comedy and not a action. literally 90% percent of the deaths where just unjust for how a villain should die if they die. They where killing them off like a no name actor playing a security guard should die. The whole opening scene should have been 2 villain's and the rest soldiers storming the beach. While the rest of the villain's sneak on the other side. I thought Pete Davidson as Blackguard would have played that perfect character to add comedy throughout the movie with Harley Quinn and maybe the King Shark sprinkle in in a few spots. They literally had Blackguard in the movie for a total of 3 min before he was killed off like a nobody extra. I think they thought because they used amazing gory CGI effects in there deaths they would be justified. Blackguard is supposed to have a suit that projects a shield but is killed by and extra just shooting a gun. Zack Snyder should be the only one directing, writing, and producing any DC movie from here on out. If they ever want to sniff Marvel movies quality Snyder is the key. I thought 1 person could not make a difference to a movie franchise until I watched the Snyder cut. I was on the edge of me seat every sec of that movie. I pray to the movie Gods that they let Snyder take over. We as the fans deserve the passion that displays on the screen from that man not someone who took the whole Movie as a joke.
