One of the greatest games ever made imo. Sooooo many different things to do and super creative. You can fast track the main storyline and beat the game in 50-60 hrs. or completely immerse yourself and spend 100's of hrs. exploring. Controls can take a little getting used to at first but if you have played Breath of the Wild you will get a handle soon enough and the game does a solid job in the first tutorial section of easing you into things. Highly recommended. Not sure where Nintendo goes with the series after this.

Highly recommended family film. Story, as stated in other reviews, is very basic but the animation is some of the best I've seen. Some good laughs throughout. Voice cast does a great job and Jack Black really shines in his voice acting as Bowser. Easter-eggs galore for fans of Nintendo and the Mario series. Good re-introduction to the characters and hopefully in the sequel they will flesh out the story a bit more.

See the new movie (2023). I have some fondness for some of these actors but the script was pretty horrible and the execution just not great.

Favorite show.....Ever!
