I eagerly awaited the showing of Star Trek the motion picture in theaters. The movie was a lot more cerebral l than the TV series.
It was not an action ,movie. But I enjoyed seeing the return of the original Star Trek TV characters. And I like the special affects. It remind me of 2001 a space odyssey.
The only complaint was I thought the film was too long.
