Excellent Documentary that shows the truth of how addicting smartphones & social media are (it also highlights the important point of how everything we do online is being watched/tracked). Everybody should watch this and hopefully they can look at things in a different light and start to reduce their usage of smartphones & social media. I have to admit, I was way happier without that stuff back in the 90's.
