Though I might be a little biased toward the author as she is my amazing mum, this book is a sensation. It captures a compelling tapestry of true stories from across Western Australia capturing the voice of respected Aboriginal Elders. White People Are Nomads explores the story of Australia through the metaphor of a painting, capturing the diverse layers between history, culture, land and family ties. A very important and enjoyable read!
