This drama gives an absolutely wrong picture to the non-Korean audience. It only shows unnatural conversations (I mean in what world do people talk to their spouses of 10+ years like it's the first time they met).
On top of that, the drama is full of luxury and wealth, apartments full of expensive goods, they talk about the money like it's nothing (which is actually the opposite in real-world of Korean men and women). Most people work hard their whole life and never gather enough money to buy an apartment (even doctors and lawyers). The elderly couple in a drama walks around in Hanbok all day long (I mean c'mon).
I don't even want to start talking about the infidelity issues. They are trying to show how it's absolutely fine to stay married after your husband cheated on you for the sake of "saving the marriage" and/or kids. The spouse who cheated (in my opinion) disrespected not only the other spouse but their marriage and kids. However, the drama shows women to be weak and "princess-like" and no matter what they belittle themselves or even worse involve other family members in their problem. (Parents shouldn't interfere in one's marriage, that is supposed to be a private matter among couples).
Overall, the cuts in editing are very poor. The angles and such a strong blur...with that amount of budget they could have done a better job. I am not trying to sound like a snob, but the viewers are also the critics hence my opinion is this.
