Ryder Babcock

Kind of reminded me of John wick in a way with the union and such. They set up their story independently and it worked for me. The jokes were great and I liked how Dave Franco played the comedic relief. This is the first good vampire movie I've seen in a while and the comedy really helped that. I would definitely recommend it.

Too many people are saying this movie is bad because they keep comparing it to the Christopher Nolan trilogy. This movie had its own atmosphere and took the Batman in a new way never seen before. Villains are amazing, and Robert Pattinson is a perfect fit not for the other Batman movies, but for what Matt Reeves was trying to do in HIS movie. This film also explores batman correctly in his early years. He doesn’t pull his punches as much as a veteran batman would, and he can only save a very few amount of people. It also didn’t waste any time on a backstory everybody should already know. Overall an amazing film that should be taken as it is, a Batman film that shouldn’t be compared to others as it isn’t trying to do that, it is trying a new take on the character and should be viewed with no bias at all.
