I liked the first Sinister, but this follow up doesn’t do the original justice. The supposed demonic kids are almost amusing, they’re certainly not horrific. Daft film, not recommended.

Great film. Really fast paced with black comedy elements and some twists towards the end.

Irrespective of whether the two guys in the documentary are to be believed, it is an irrefutable fact that Michael Jackson slept with children and those children’s parents allowed and even encouraged it. There’s something seriously grotesque about that.

An incredible achievement; the coloured footage and excellent usage of archive interviews with servicemen as the film’s narrative, gave a real insight into being involved in the conflict. Peter Jackson’s intention was clearly not to sanitise the footage, rather it appears he wanted to portray snapshots of WW1 without modern bias or political comment, i.e. as seen through the eyes of men who were there and he achieved that to great effect. I think it should be compulsory viewing in schools.
