Peter rabbit 1 is iconic, it’s beautiful, has a great cast, great script and it’s rewatchable. My kids have seen it almost 30 times and I still laugh at it. Peter rabbit 2 on the other hand is carried hard by the cast, sure some parts are still funny. But it doesn’t have the same charm that the first film has. I was disappointed with the writing and story arc. As well has the amount of re used and over used jokes that had some charm in the first movie. I’d very much like to forget that the second movie even is a thing and go on believing that Peter rabbit was a stand-alone firm.
