This film delivered the suspense without over-the-top horror or gore. The acting was believable and the characters engaging in their roles. I'd recommend watching this movie unless you're a hardcore groupie of this genre and if that's the case, you may find lots of predictable scenes. One frustrating example of such is when one of the characters is presumed dead but pops back to life to continue his rampage. Yes, we've seen it many times in other classic scary movies but what the heck, it works. I didn't expect the ending to play out as it did but no doubt many viewers will see it coming. There's an element of sweetness and compassion expressed in the storyline and that helps to make for a more gentle relaxed viewing experience BUT wait, don't get too comfy with that 'feeling '. Overall, I found myself repeating, "I'm exhausted watching this movie". For me, that's a good thing. I recommend this movie if you want cozy up to gentle suspense/horror flick. BTW, why does practically every thriller incorporate scenes where the window's curtains or blinds are never drawn at night? Yikes!
