Set on the premise of Love, Loss and Longing, though a thin idea, but Juhi Chaturvedi’s script brings nuance and soulful complexity to this premise. The Principal cast of the film, Varun Dhawan, Banita Sandhu, Gitanjali Rao bring so much life to the script and so is the associated crew. Like always, Shoojit expects his audience to grow through the movie as it unfolds - There is great sadness at the heart of 'October' and there is a high possibility that one would sail through most of the movie choked with emotions. Everything except the 'emotions' are minimalistic in the movie from its soulful background music to performances to script and the direction. Not often you'll come across such movies and with this, Shoojit and Juhi establishes themselves yet again as few of the finest story writers and story tellers in the country! Go get high on emotions with beautifully crafted 'October' in 'April'.
