No option for Zero stars for the show. When it started it was a 4 star show. After the exit of shilpa shinde and entry of shubhangi atre as angoori the show and the story line deteriorated considerably. Atre is a poor replacement for shinde. She could never bring the freshness in angoori that shinde had for the role of angoori. Presently the story writer dialogue writer director are out of good scripts for the episodes. They have no fresh ideas they are repeating the same punches again and again. Angoori’s role is very irritating. She has been shown to be a pativrata kind of wife for tiwari but contrary to that she seems to enjoy vibhutis company. In the zeal to show angoori as baudam the director has made her like mentally retarded now. She will torture tiwari in the name of helping him. She dances with vibhuti she does stupid things with vibhuti despite tiwaris reluctance but she doesn’t care. She will fast for vibhuti in the name of being good neighbour. Well she behaves more of vibhuti’s wife rather than tiwari’s wife, this is sad and irritating. And whenever tiwari stops angoori from doing something stupid she will blackmail him by saying amma ji ko call kare. Next is vibhuti, another irritating character. His whole life revolves around angoori and devising plans to patao her. If angoori likes kisaan he will do farming if she likes juice he will open a juice centre and everything else. He will get into the bedroom of tiwari at odd times but when tiwari does the same he is insulted. I find him kind of pervert who makes angoori say I love you I miss you jaanu etc on some pretext or the other and gets some kind of orgasmic satisfaction (when he makes stupid faces). Well aasif playes the role so well that I have started hating aasif now. He does so many wrong things just to patao angoori and irritate tiwari but in the end gets away just by saying I m saary. Tiwari is always at the receiving end. This is wrong. Now tiwari, it appears that he was born to getting slapped by ammaji and his sasur bhurelal and not to forget angoori’s stupid attitude and vibhuti’s irritating behaviour. Well he is well placed doing eeeeeeee the whole time in the episode. Anita is one of the most selfish characters she insults tiwari, well he deserves it, but finds vibhuti’s stupid histrionics as acts of a good human being, well this is what vibhuti explains in the end when he is caught on the wrong foot and surprisingly anita who thinks herself to be very intelligent forgives him and feels proud of him. She thinks poorly of tiwari but she makes him do her chores when ever she gets a chance to do that, well tiwari does it in the hope of pataoing. Tika tillu malkhan are all without spine and character. They call angoori and anita bhabhi but they get in their house and rob them they do things that irritate and harass tiwari and vibhuti. Well all in all the serial is a comedy serial that too adult comedy but sadly there is not much comedy. The very concept of having an eye on other persons wife despite being married doesn’t seem to be amusing atleast for me. Jethalals attraction for babita in tarak mehta is far far more amusing and enjoyable. Its a work of fiction, but come on, it is meant for sane human beings. In the end “To each his own”.
