my families been coming to Dr. Pol for over 30 years he’s one of the best veterinarians in the area unfortunately his Newfame has really hurt his business in a personal level the people he has working behind the counter or rude and in adequate when it comes to keeping records and knowing what’s going on and I say this because I had an emergency situation today from the surgery from a few days ago and they set me up for a regular appointment making me sit and wait to see a doctor stating that I have to wait and talk to the doctor and let him know what’s going on when I had just told them what was going on nobody takes notes nobody writing thing down and nobody cares anymore,it’s a real tragedy to see something great become like the rest or the mediocre vet clinics in mid mich and that sucks because I really like Dr. Pol he’s a great veterinarian and what really sucks is I have to find a new vet now because I can’t use this place anymore i can be treated like this anywhere.
