I hate this book with every fiber in my being. To kill a mockingbird is literally the definition of a white savior book. Nothing gets solved in the book, everything is the same from the beginning to the end. All it honestly says is 'racism bad' put then also proceeds to say that sexism is ok and should be accepted. And there is absolutely no reason why any child should need to read this book. Because if they want to see someone unfairly get shot 17 times in the back, all they have to do is look at American News.
