Story was better than TOPGUN 1....more flying action....mission in the movie was explicitly explained alongwith many aviation terminologies.....however...it was purely commercial product....i think a little more run time with more dialogues would have made it even better....story line in the end ended with a happy ending....with no character dying which seemed highly unlikely given the impossibility of the mission the aviators were supposed to carry out...

The shifting of the plot from one thing to another albeit abrupt and nondramatic pretty early in the movie may make the viewer lose interest as he expects a scifi thriller but if you stick to watching it all the way, the interest comes back. Nice acting by Riz and Kids....nicely directed action scene of Riz when he fights the other two guys....leaves you emotionally stirred in the end.
