I thought this movie was great. Not because it was a woman in the genre or even because it was Garners great acting, but because it does what others, like it, do without any overdrawn pre narrative. This isn't Marvel, you don't need to know how she got her skills. At this point we know how every hero becomes awesome in 5 years. Might as well get straight to the action before the popcorns cold. Also, everyone who says this film is unrealistic, even from those who enjoyed it, how is that so? At least compared to John Wick (which I love) or any other movie of its kind. If anything this movie is more realistic on every level. If you lost everything and the justice system failed you, I could imagine many people reacting this way. As for the fight and shooting scenes, even better and more believable than Reacher, Wick, MI, American Assassin and the others. Absolutely enjoyed this movie.
