I am genuinely impressed that they've managed to make a game so lackluster and inexplicably terrible. The starfighter combat and ESPECIALLY the mouse+keyboard controls in Star Wars: the Old Republic MMO's galactic starfighter matches feel more polished in comparison, and that's just an extra, tacked-on game mode in an MMORPG that turns 10 years old in December. That's how bad the ball was dropped. And EA owns both! I got the game for free (Prime Gaming), and even I came away feeling like I'd wasted money on it. I don't even want to think about what the buyer's remorse must be like for people who actually paid for it.
