This movie is genuinely funny! And without any violence or bad language, which is so refreshing. Eddie Murphy is really great in the part, and there are many familiar faces in the cast including Kevin Hart. Great family fun

Beautifully filmed and the 3 main actresses are all stunning. But the film is obtuse, the characters in the main unlikeable, and the story not complex enough to warrant 2 hour running time.

Really enjoyed this show. Liked almost all of the characters and became involved with their story over time. Easy watching, with pleasant storylines and no violence.

The plot showed so much promise. But sadly the constant awful language is just too distracting. I'm a believer in using the "F" bomb sparingly to make a zinger funnier, but so much overuse here. Erik Thomson is great as always. But expecting laughs from his 19 year old neice revealing to a packed restaurant that she lost her virginity today and serving a chocolate cherry dessert (get it, cherry ha ha) shaped like a vulva! Ohhhh noooo

Light hearted, funny and ultimately romantic. Not enough of these types of movies in the world any more

Funny, clever, different. The first episode is a bit lame, as are many first episodes setting up characters, but over the 10 episodes each character is fleshed out until you start caring and laughing at the same time. Don't listen to the naysayers, this is good fun. Can't wait for season 2

Another crude and cheaply made Netflix flick. More crude language and humour. While the love story is actually quite affecting and well rendered, the rest of the movie relies on cheap humour and poor plotting.

Crude language, toilet humour (literally) and phone sex. So not funny or romantic. I normally like both of these lead actors but the script has no finesse or class.

Love this movie, have watched about 5 times over the years. Funny, intriguing, and ultimately a satisfying romance too. Mel at his cooky best and Julia Roberts is great. Ignore the critics, this is a an unexpected joy

Thoroughly enjoyed this light hearted uplifting romance. Sami is such a likeable leading man and the romance so sweet and funny.
