The definitive Godzilla! Savage and brutal but tempered with human grace and resilience. Far and away the best production of the giant lizard. The direction, acting, effects, score and overall story are phenomenal. The confounding title is the lone misstep. It may not be for everyone, but for anyone who is even mildy a fan; this is the one.
