I’ve only recently got into this show. I like Noel and Alison. Noel and Sandi were good but Matt….oh my God, he was AWFUL and he dragged Noel down to his level. Unfortunately, I can’t watch series 1-8 anywhere without paying a fortune. Still, thank God they got rid of that hideous Matt. 2020 was a travesty, how could they keep Laura woman? She was awful all the way through.

It was ok but I thought I’d go mad listening to the main male character saying ‘Angela’ a thousand times over.

It’s entertaining but it doesn’t take into consideration psychological hunger. And I’m sick to death of the advice ‘snack on fruit and nuts’. Very satisfying I’m sure!

I loved both seasons but was a bit frustrated with the amount of dialogue in French with no subtitles for translation.

It was interesting but it didn’t have the grim, Yorkshire ‘serial killer’ atmosphere of ‘This is Personal: The hunt for the Yorkshire Ripper’. I also thought it was very badly cast.

I SO love this programme with all the characters and story lines. Two annoying things - Sarah Lancashire clattering about in high heels even at home and that boy in the last series. That just seemed like a desperate story line.

What is with that hideous, intrusive violin music and why was all the dialogue in whispers? Awful film.

I loved this programme. The only thing that spoiled it was all that head shaking and swimming watery eyes from Laura. She got on my nerves. Everything else was superb.

Oh Cripes. I was so looking forward to this as a lot of the cast are favourites of mine but it was SO slow! The actual Drive looked like something out of Toy Town - completely characterless or computer generated. Looking at the inside of the houses, it should have been called ‘Stepford Drive’! Anna Maxwell Martin’s character could barely string a sentence together and Rachel Stirling’s performance was painful. It was just awful.

Good television if a little dragged out and I wish Gillian Anderson would clear her throat and stop whispering.
