Dustin Lindsey

The film was pretty homoerotic--lots of shirtless men running around the desert and I'm still not sure if the main character was gay or just had a very "close" friend he was looking after and missed badly in the latter half. The story could have been so much more with a little more explanation and clear planning but it just slowly begins to fall apart towards the end with random events, spoken pointless dialogue that is never revealed to the watcher, and way too much symbolism. The acting is good but the story isn't. I would say it's a waste of time to watch. Hard pass, sadly.
