So often we see other cultures’ stories and struggles and forget about that many Caucasians also have rooted strifes tucked away quietly. It was uplifting to see the raw life of J.D. and the moments that’s shaped the outcome of his life and the moment he decided to follow his purpose. Whatever the status, environmental factors, family upbringing - it’s when one decides to make the choices to change/break the the cycles and because of love also adhere to morals and values of family.
