I haven’t had so much fun watching a Marvel movie in a long time. While most of the MCU content feels stale at this point, Shang Chi introduced a lot of really cool and fun ideas, and the directing was phenomenal. I’d definitely go see it again if I had the time!

I’ve been a fan of this series for most of my life, and I can honestly say that this movie somehow managed to stick the landing even though it was passed between two directors with very different visions. While I can acknowledge that there is a bit of an issue with pacing (there is a lot of plot) and some of the plot seems far-fetched (Palpatine?); but Star Wars has always been a space FANTASY so I can forgive the departure from reality, and the movie gave me everything I could have ever wanted from a Star Wars film. There is so much I want to compliment about this film but for the sake of brevity I’ll just say GO SEE THIS MOVIE! It’s better than you would expect.
