Aswathy Raveendran

Giving this movie three stars (only) for the performance of the young actors, who show a lot of promise. Wishing them good luck! Rather hammy acting on the part of Julian Sands. The plot was promising, but could have benefited from a more nuanced treatment. I read a lot of comparisons being made with Gully Boy. But I think Gully boy was far more sophisticated in the way it engaged with the families of the protagonists, poverty and religion.
