Incredible game that succeeds in just about everything it tries. It builds upon the playstyle of earthbound, but other than that it would probably do fine as a standalone game. Fantastic soundtrack. One of my personal favorites.

I have never seen another magical girl anime, but this one was more than that, and spectacular. I watched the entire thing in one day and it had a progression and ending so awesome and satisfying that I can compare it in that respect to something like Code Geass.
