I was totally surprised to find that this was a terrible movie with a practically non existent storyline about selfish and entitled women and children with no appreciation for what their father works to provide for them. The music and the costuming were beautiful. The acting and the scenery were great. The Halloween scenes with the children were alarming and would be considered inappropriate today. The movie was horrific. I am sorry I showed it to my 10 year old and I will never watch it again. I have rarely wished a movie were over sooner.
