I thought the film was spot on! CATS is one of those musicals that is not everyone’s taste. In fact, most people I know don’t like it. So I’m not surprised it’s getting bad reviews. BUT, as I said, as a CATS fan... I felt the film adaptation was fantastic! If you’re a CATS fan, don’t let the bad reviews sway you from going!
