I loved the 'Cornetto' trilogy but gave up on this after about 30 minutes, finding it staggeringly dull and full to the brim with unsympathetic characters, and Baby himself is blank and unknowable in the same way that Scott Pilgrim was. Maybe Edgar Wright needs Simon Pegg and Nick Frost to create heroes you actually want to watch. Yes, it has a kick-ass soundtrack but that's just not enough. Sorry.
