Hi Joy, thanks for being the voice for many black mothers, sisters, aunts, grandmothers, best friends and others. I love the intellectual way you defend our humanity. Your voice expresses the sadness, pain, fear, love, joy, innocence, and pride that many of your fans/viewers feel being a black woman/mother. Thank you for bringing together other intellectual black scholars who sit around the table and discuss the issues that black families face everyday. Thanks for letting America know we are TIRED of carrying the burden of racism/ inequality inflected upon us daily. Thank you, I love you and pray for you daily.
