Interaction with NPC’s was hollow and the game mechanics were very monotonous.
Felt very repetitive and never really felt engaging.

This is not just a ‘monster movie’. I am always skeptical of PG-13 movies, but this movie did an exceptional job keeping the action ‘real’. It evoked real emotion, had great action, and Godzilla. If you’re even considering it, just watch it!

The CGI is pretty bad, the game’s graphics are better TBH, and the dialogue is cringe. I’m a huge fan of the franchise and while many bash Halo 5, I liked it, but this movie was just too “Sci-Fi Channel Original Quality” for me to enjoy.

Good production values and a solid monster movie with just a little “thriller” thrown in. The story seemed a bit lazy and takes on a completely different persona than the short story that inspired it.
More of a Saturday afternoon lounger than a movie night, but it’s a quality film that fans of the genre will find worthwhile.
