It absolutely had me from the start. I did not put it down till I finished it! It was amazing to see how everything threaded together to connect the virus. I'm a huge fan of these type of books and movies, and this did not disappoint! I did hope the sister's cat was ok, though, being an animal lover. And I did hope that the mom and little girl who changed Barakah's mind made it.
I look forward to the next novel by this author.
