One of my favorite movies ever. First, it was a MOVIE. But it did point out a lot of stark truths about the struggles of black Vietnam Vets back int the 70's (my dad was one of them). Plus Lorenz went to my hs and of course the early Chris Tucker was a shining star.

The show had SO much potential and actually touched on some of it in season 1 but, as usual, by the end of season 1 and throughout season 2 they are more concerned with virtue signalling than actual quality entertainment. Odd and mismatched characters dominate the plot. Hey dummies, its television, not politics. Unfortunately, the networks are more concerned with not being labeled a certain way than making good tv for their customers. CYA

This movie was not a big budget film but for the scope of the information and the way it was presented it was excellent. This movie should be required for anyone in the medical field.

The story is about amazing bravery, intelligence and determination. My review is not about the history. That speaks for itself. But this movie was anything but extraordinary. It was average at best and gave me the feeling of a made for TV lower budget movie. Just my opinion.
