(Spoilers) I’ll admit, it isn’t your typical horror film. I have been very interested in the mythology surrounding sirens recently though so I wanted to find a fun movie to watch involving one, and I did! Though the first 35 minutes were kind of hard to watch, I promise everything after Jonah releases Lily (the siren) is great (in my opinion). I honestly love watching “cheesy” or “hard-to-watch” horror films because they always end up being good to me. I loved how loyal Jonah was to his fiancé, but in the end when Lily was about to kill her & he told her to leave her be and he would go with her, that was amazing. She chose him as her mate because he freed her from prison, and he was so sweet because even when he had the knife to her back, he chose to talk her through it. Lol idk I loved it and hope they make a second movie about how Lily and Jonah are holding up😂
