The fact that this movie is rated 46% in rotten tomatoes makes me feel that these “Critics” make no sense. In a period of 2004( while the film was made) the visual effects in live action cinema were not advanced but yet this movie has one of the best gothic visuals I’ve seen till date. The acting, storyline, plot twist and the dark goreness of the story is really captivating. The adaption from comic book isn’t 100% accurate but it doesn’t make any difference to the audience who watch this for fun.
