Heard good things, tried the trial version - only to find the launcher is so intensely bugged that it can't actually download the game, and they mandate every service (even Steam) use their launcher. Google tells me tons of people have had this problem with the usual suggestions being to mess with your DNS settings or install a VPN just to get their launcher to install the game. Tried asking their chat help if they had any more reasonable solutions, and so far I've been waiting in chat with this guy for 20 minutes and he's managed to ask me one rude question. I'm used to other MMOs having poor service at times, but FFXIV is absolutely something else. Be very wary of buying this lest you're unable to actually install the game and unable to get a refund.
