Movie was hella corny, badly written and poorly produced. I know Nia Long and Omar Epps to be good actors, yet in this move, they were instructed to over act, which indicates how poorly they were advised. Secondly, the movie was unrealistic. As a person with a Doctorate in Psychology, I know that a fatal attraction leading to murder wouldn't take place overnight, simply from a dance in a nightclub. Also, the fact that he supposedly was obsessed with her since High School, and 20 years later, he locates her and begins fatally stalking her and that leading to murder. Someone that psychotic would have been fatly stalking her since high school, not a whole 20 years later. Also, he was diagnosed with Narcissistic Personality Disorder from his therapist and there are much more colorful diagnoses for this man's character. In fact, diagnosing someone that sick with narcissism is a compliment. In addition to that, I am so sick and tired of the media displaying mental illness as, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, PTSD or Narcissism. There are more than four diagnoses in the Diagnostic Criteria and not all disorderly behavior fits one. Please consult a Psychologist, such as myself before creating movies using mental health professional roles. Also, i thought it was fake that one scene would show Omar Epps in one place and second later he was in an entirely different place. Plus, they couldn't identify the dentures of the burned man? fake news. Plus, Omar killed the cop with a gun, without a gun, after pulling up minutes before. This is another tired fatal attraction movie, with bad acting. Nia Long and Mike Epps must've been desperate. All Black cast or not, this movie was horrible.
