This show has great representation of neurodivergence and an actual neurodivergent actor to play the role, normalises acne and skin texture, had a range of body shapes, races and ethnicities, has actual teens playing teens and is about lgbtq+ struggles without focusing 100% on the fact that they are both the same gender.
