Don't Jesus expext the urban version of the Passion of Christ. Jesus' likeness is co-star and not the main character so keep this in mind when watching. Some events in the movie are based on the life of Jesus but not happening TO Him. If you can keep those two perspectives and watch for pure entertainment purposes then you will be less confused.

It started out slow, but it was actually very very funny. He had one focus of content but he brilliantly executed where you did not get bored or tired of hearing about it. I was suprised how much I laughed.

I chuckle in most episodes but some of the characters are lame and the acting isn't natural.

Great show. Some episodes leave you wondering if you missed something because it ends with no resolution but overall good writing.

This movie got on my everlasting nerves. The ending was just as annoying .

I watched one episode and questioned: am I supposed to be high while watching this? This show is BASIC at best.

Other reviews would lead you to believe it focuses only on racism which is untrue. Woke also targets classism, sexism and how people treat and care about animals more than their fellow human beings. It was a decent series.

I watch the first episode and will continue to watch but what i noticed so far: 1. the cursing is unnecessary and misplaced. 2. the mother brings nothing to the show and is over the top with the sexual references. 3. has a lot of potential if it avoids long banter scenes that is typical to TP shows.

I was done when the hair fed off of the blood from her menstrual cycle then went back to being laid.

I'm on episode 5 and I still can't tell whether I am supposed to like Nurse Ratched or not... Giving me "Asylum" vibes but it's good entertainment.
