My review is for the PC version only, please remember that. First let me start off by saying the game itself is absolutely 100% AMAZING! If you like open-world games with tons to explore and things to do and a fabulous story for when you want to get down and into the meat of the game, then this is a game for you! Seriously. I have no complaints about story or gameplay. I was loving every single minute that I played it. HOWEVER. The PC version has had a lot of troubles. Personally, Rockstar Games messed up my game so much that I can no longer play it. It worked fine from 11/06 when I got it installed to 11/30. When I tried starting it up on 12/01, I could no longer play the game. It crashed to desktop every single time I tried with a "Red Dead Redemption 2 has stopped working" error. I contacted their customer support twice and got the same pre-programmed responses for about 3 dozen things I was supposed to try to get my game back up and running. I tried all of them up until they wanted me to start messing with my modem and router and IP addresses. Sorry. I don't mess with things that are working just fine the way they are. And nothing. Zip. Still the same error over and over and over again. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Nope. Broken. I've also hunted on the internet for advice from other players and nothing they suggest works either. I'm fed up with the game's support since they obviously can't help me. I have (sadly) uninstalled the game and am asking for a refund. My advice? If you want the game, buy it for console. Don't buy it for PC. It's full of crashes. I know I'm not the only one this has happened to. So yeah. Game = awesome PC platform = the suck
