Why in the interviews this morning, Feb. 5, 2020, was there NO mention made of the app/software company that caused all the problems in Iowa? Those interviewed were allowed to make statements such as "the big screw-up in Iowa" without being questioned as to the reason for the problem? The Shadow company's app failed. This company has big connections to the Democratic party. It was the Democratic caucus results that are in question. The Republican results were available almost immediately in Iowa. Why are you not reporting the facts of the entire situation? To make it sound like it is the fault of Iowa or of the caucus system, when in fact, it was a failure of the software/app used by the Democratic party is inaccurate and patently horrible reporting. Iowa was not the author of this bad situation, but the good people of Iowa are the ones assigned with fixing it. Be honest. Or is good journalism really dead at NBC?
